Executive Search

An executive search means more than simply looking for people who tick the right skills boxes on a jobs site. Our Researchers and Consultants will locate and identify the true drivers of performance in your industry, no matter how demanding or niche the requirement. Our Researchers will then target and identify every company and individual within who is pertinent by activity and location prior to engaging with them directly. Without divulging too much information at an early stage, we will assess an individual’s suitability in terms of experience and skills acquired to date against a detailed brief to determine whether to progress to a more detailed and revealing stage in the process where we look to fully lock them into an opportunity by giving them a bespoke presentation of our clients and the opportunity to hand. This approach of mining an entire industry sector to find everyone who ostensibly matches a brief, then distilling this down to a manageable list of individuals who have the requisite skills, experience and drive sought by our clients, ensures that every search covers a particular market comprehensively. We then work with our clients, staying close to all parties through the selection, offer and accept processes – to ensure a successful outcome for all.

Talent Mapping

Talent mapping involves using industry insight and market awareness to ensure that new talent can be identified and this intelligence can be fed into your organisational strategy. The approach involves mapping a given industry sector to identify and describe those stand-out individuals who potentially could impact your business. To do this, we use pro-active research to generate a comprehensive overview of a particular market – an overview that will reveal the talent that could well be tapped into. Our Researchers understand the challenges and opportunities within various sectors, and this can be used to benchmark internal talent against the external market. For clients, this means being able to obtain accurate, real-time data for targeted roles within a given market and region.

Non-Executive Directors

As more companies recognise the value of diversity at the board level, non-executive directors (NEDs) have become increasingly important. NEDs bring with them a wealth of industry experience, but their cultural fit is equally valuable.
